# Approvals and professional filing

> Review an exact draft in the authenticated app, understand what authorization changes, and distinguish it from a filing receipt.

You approve invoice issuance and authorize tax-return drafts in the signed-in
Melso app. An assistant can prepare the work and give you the link, but the
approval belongs to you.

## Tax returns

Read the draft and confirm the exact version. Your authorization starts a
service case for Melso's professionals to review and file the included return
with the required authority. They will contact you if information is missing.
An unchanged authorized version proceeds; a changed version needs your
approval again.

  **Autorizado · en revisión** (authorized, under review) remains until the professional records the actual result; it is not a filing receipt. The actual external reference
  and receipt establish the filing result. An estimate or an AEAT import file
  does not establish submission.

## Invoices

A prepared invoice is an unnumbered draft. Inspect the customer, dates, and
line items in the saved preview before approving issuance. A correction to an
issued invoice starts a new draft for review; it does not rewrite the issued
document's frozen record.

## External AI clients

MCP clients can return approval links. No customer MCP tool approves, files,
or pays a return. Recording a confirmed invoice payment records money you have
already received; it does not charge a card or transfer funds.
