# tasks_list

Find Tasks in the connected workspace. Rows carry attention\_reason (pending\_ask|run\_failed|child\_needs\_you) and, while the newest run failed and nobody dismissed it, failure\_reason (stable taxonomy, e.g. agent\_error.provider\_auth\_or\_access) with failure\_class (auth|rate\_limit|timeout|provider|runtime|agent|other). Triage from these; use tasks\_get for run details and output.

## Output

An object containing `tasks` (compact Task projections) and `total`. Apply the input filters and paging controls to retrieve another page.

The result uses MCP `content` blocks; JSON payloads are encoded in text and may also appear in `structuredContent`. Check `isError` before reading a success payload. The server does not currently declare an `outputSchema`, so treat additional fields as extensible. [Result handling](/mcp/results).

## Example

Use an OAuth access token issued for this MCP resource (a Run token for Run-only tools). Replace example identifiers with values from your own account. Write actions change data.
