The documentation, the API reference, the authentication guide and the OpenAPI document are public. Reading them needs no account and no key. Calling https://api.melso.ai/v1 needs a partner key.

Labels

Label	Meaning
Live	Melso runs it in production today, in the app and, where a tool exists, over MCP.
Private beta	The partner REST API for a live operation. Melso enables the account and issues the key. Not self-serve.
Planned	OpenAPI `x-melso-status: preview`. Not callable yet. Fields can still change.
Manual-assisted	Professionals carry out the act under the company’s mandate. The call opens or tracks that work. It does not submit the filing by itself.

Path	Who uses it today
App	A signed-in customer at app.melso.ai.
MCP	A signed-in person’s assistant at `https://mcp.melso.ai/mcp`, with OAuth.
REST	Your server, with a partner key, after Melso enables the account.
Assisted service	Melso’s professionals, after an approval or a submitted case.

The Pro plan for an autónomo is €49/month. Plus includes the same tax service and more usage of Melso. Confirm Plus, billing frequency and included work on the pricing page before contracting:

An empresa agrees its service with the Melso team. Partner API access is not the Pro subscription. These docs do not state a separate API price.
