A business account sees every euro an autónomo earns and spends. What it cannot do on its own is turn that into a VAT return, a 130 and a filing receipt. With the Melso API, your customers’ taxes happen where their money is.

What your customers get

The quarter, end to end

1

During the quarter

Push movements as they settle. Melso proposes which invoice or expense each one pays, asks for the receipts it is missing, and keeps the tax estimate current so you can move money into a tax pot.
2

When the quarter ends

Melso calculates the 303 and, for an autónomo in direct estimation, the 130, from the quarter’s invoices, income and expenses. You receive tax_return.calculated. A late receipt changes the draft and raises its version.
3

Approval

Show the result in your app and send the owner the approval link, or collect the approval yourself under a partner agreement.
4

Filing and payment

Melso’s professionals file before the deadline. A result to pay is charged by direct debit to the account the company chose, which can be the one it holds with you; file by direct_debit_deadline for that. You receive the receipt.

What Melso calculates

For an autónomo or a small company in the common territory under general VAT: 303, 130, 111, 115, 349, the annual 390, 347, 190 and 180. Corporate tax (200 and 202) and the annual accounts are calculated for empresas from their books. Other profiles appear in the calendar as reminders. See Taxes and the fiscal calendar.
