Start in the Melso app. The public service is for self-employed people in Spain. Your activity and fiscal profile determine the service scope to confirm with Melso.
1

Create your account

Choose the autónomo setup. Explain your activity, complete your fiscal details, and choose how you invoice. You can finish basic setup before deciding to request registration as an autónomo.
2

Add your first invoice or receipt

Open Income and expenses and upload a document. Inspect the saved entry: check its date, amount, supplier or customer, and classification.
3

Connect WhatsApp

Use Connect WhatsApp in the app and send the prepared linking message. Wait for the connection to show Connected before sending work.
4

Give Melso a concrete request

Ask it to summarize your recorded expenses or help find missing invoices in an account you have connected. Review what it returns and answer any questions that need your input.
Example message you can send:
Show me the expenses recorded this month and tell me which entries need information.
Recurring collection needs to be activated and verified. Connecting an app does not by itself mean a recurring job is running.
Read Plans and scope, then learn how approvals and professional filing work.

Optional: make a first read from your assistant

Your app setup is complete; connecting another assistant is optional. If you want to use one, follow MCP setup to authorize it for the selected company. Then ask: “Read my Melso company context without changing anything.” The client calls workspace_status with {"include":["company"]}. Check the returned company section and any reported errors before continuing. This read starts no Task Run and needs no Task execution funding. Funding is required when you later request execution.

Next

  • MCP setup: connect an assistant and make the first read.
  • API quickstart: a five-minute read-only path for existing invited Agents integrations, followed by funding setup before starting work.
