github_connect

Melso Agents is available only internally or by private invitation. Agents-specific features require existing access. For the autónomo fiscal service, see Get started.

Ask the person to connect GitHub for this company through the Melso GitHub App, so Runs can clone, push and open pull requests on the repositories they choose. Returns a request: send its url (as a button with cta in a chat) and stop; the page needs them signed in. It waits on their Home, asking again returns the same request, and the installation wakes this chat. Requires company owner or admin. Availability: Agents invitation / OAuth-only. Catalog: Advanced (tools_search, then tools_call). The live catalog is authoritative: company type, membership, plan, connected apps and execution context can narrow this contract. Understand access.

Output

A GitHub connection flow link or connection state. The human grants GitHub access. The result uses MCP content blocks; JSON payloads are encoded in text and may also appear in structuredContent. Check isError before reading a success payload. The server does not currently declare an outputSchema, so treat additional fields as extensible. Result handling.
